Owned CRM is a trading name of Memorable Green - Unipessoal Lda ("we", "us"), a Portuguese company. We are responsible for the personal information described here.
What this website collects
Visit statistics. Our own analytics record which pages you view, how long you stay, how far you scroll, which booking or contact links you click, the page that referred you, your approximate location (country, region and city), and the network or company your connection comes from, both looked up from your IP address. Your browser keeps a random visitor ID in local storage so we can tell a return visit from a new one. We store a one-way scrambled form of your IP address, never the address itself. We use this to understand which parts of the site help people and to report our own traffic. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Session recording. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors move through the page (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, shown as recordings and heatmaps) so we can fix what is confusing. Clarity sets its own cookies. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada and Brazil it stays off unless you allow it. Elsewhere, including the United States, it runs with this notice, and you can turn it off at any time: Cookie preferences. Microsoft's own privacy statement covers how it handles Clarity data.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
This site has no advertising trackers and no forms.
When you book an audit
Bookings and payments are handled by our scheduling provider (Cal.com) and our payment processor (Stripe). They collect your name, email, company details and payment information on our behalf. We use it to run the audit you booked, invoice you and follow up about the work. We never sell it.
When you email us
If you write to service@ownedcrm.com, we keep the message and your contact details to answer you and to keep a record of our conversation.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are talking or working together, and afterward only as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by writing to service@ownedcrm.com. If you are in the European Union, you can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD). If you are a California resident, you have the rights given by the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not sell or share personal information.
